SICCA Risotto Bombay ist eine ausgewogene und würzige Mischung aus parboiled Langkorn-Reis, Gemüse, Früchten und Gewürzen. SICCA Risotto Bombay ist fertig gewürzt - vielseitig einsetzbar (als Hauptgericht, Beilage oder Füllung für Paprika, Zucchini und Tomaten).

Zubereitung: Risottomischung in eine Kasserolle geben (nach Bedarf etwas Fett zufügen) und unter Rühren leicht erhitzen. Mit entsprechender Menge Wasser auffüllen und bei schwacher Hitze ca. 20 Minuten leicht kochen lassen. Gelegentlich umrühren!

Dosierung: 1 kg für 2 Liter Wasser (1 kg ausreichend für 10 - 15 Portionen; 4 kg ausreichend für 40 - 60 Portionen).
