Produktinformationen "Kartoffeln Scheiben"

SICCA Kartoffeln Scheiben werden aus frisch geernteten Kartoffeln hergestellt, gewaschen, blanchiert, geschnitten und getrocknet. Sie sind zur Herstellung von Kartoffelsalat, Bratkartoffeln und Eintopfgerichten geeignet.

Zubereitung: Kartoffeln in die 10-fache Menge kochendes Wasser geben und 10 Minuten leicht kochen lassen. Bratkartoffeln: nur 5 - 10 Minuten kochen und dann braten. Kartoffelsalat: 10 Minuten kochen, Wasser abschütten und Kartoffeln abschrecken. In der Zwischenzeit die gewünschte Marinade zubereiten. Die noch warmen Kartoffelscheiben der Marinade beifügen und kurz ziehen lassen. Nochmals abschmecken.

Haltbarkeit: Ab Produktionsdatum 18 Monate haltbar.
