SICCA Instant Dessert Bayerische-Creme ist eine deklarationsfreie Cremespeise, ohne künstliche Farbstoffe und ohne Gelatine.

Zubereitung: SICCA Instant Dessert Bayerische-Creme in kalte Vollmilch einrühren, nie umgekehrt. Mit Rührgerät ca. 5 Minuten aufschlagen und in Portionen abfüllen. Kalt stellen. Oder nach Bedarf verfeinern mit Chocolade, Instant Café, Früchten, Likör und Gewürzen. Milch kann bis zu 50 % durch Sahne ausgetauscht werden.

Dosierung: 250 g für 1 Liter kalte Vollmilch 3,5 %.
