SICCA Kartoffeln Würfel werden aus frisch geernteten Kartoffeln hergestellt, gewaschen, blanchiert, geschnitten und getrocknet. SICCA Kartoffeln Würfel sind zur Herstellung von Salaten, Eintopfgerichten, Kartoffel-Suppen als auch für Bouillon-Kartoffeln geeignet.

Zubereitung: SICCA Kartoffeln in die 10-fache Menge kochendes Wasser geben und 10 Minuten leicht kochen lassen. Weiterverarbeitung wie frische Kartoffeln.

Dosierung: 1 kg ausreichend für ca. 40 Portionen.

Haltbarkeit: Ab Produktionsdatum 18 Monate haltbar.

Aufbewahrung: Trocken und kühl lagern
