Produktinformationen "Champignons Scheiben gefriergetrocknet"

Champignons gefriergetrocknet werden aus frischen weißen Champignons hergestellt und durch ein spezielles Verfahren gefriergetrocknet. Champignon Scheiben sind zur Verfeinerung und geschmacklichen Abrundung von Fleischgerichten, Ragouts, Pilz-Omeletten, Suppen und Saucen geeignet.

Zubereitung: Champignons in ein ausreichend großes Sieb geben und etwa 2 - 3 Minuten in heißem Wasser mit einem Zusatz von Zitronensaft oder etwas Zitronensäure quellen lassen. Champignons im Sieb herausnehmen und abtropfen lassen, dann zubereiten wie frische Ware. Nach 3 Minuten haben die Champignons wieder ihr ursprünglich volles Aroma und ihre Form angenommen.

Haltbarkeit: Ab Produktionsdatum 18 Monate haltbar.
