SICCA Risotto Djuvec ist eine ausgewogene Mischung aus parboiled Langkorn-Reis, Gemüse und Gewürzen. SICCA Risotto Djuvec ist fertig gewürzt - vielseitig einsetzbar (als Hauptgericht, Beilage oder Füllung für Paprika, Zucchini und Tomaten).

Zubereitung: Djuvec-Risotto in eine Kasserolle geben (nach Bedarf etwas Fett zufügen) und unter Rühren leicht erhitzen. Mit entsprechender Menge Wasser auffüllen und bei schwacher Hitze ca. 20 Minuten leicht kochen lassen. Gelegentlich umrühren!

Dosierung: 1 kg für 2 Liter Wasser (4 kg ausreichend für 60 - 80 Portionen).
