Produktinformationen "Soja Eiweiß Isolat"

SICCA Soja Eiweiß Isolat wird aus gentechnisch nicht veränderten, gesunden Sojabohnen (NON-GMO) gewonnen, die zuerst entölt und deren Kohlenhydrate anschließend extrahiert werden. Mittels Sprühtrocknung wird das in Wasser dispergierte, natürliche Eiweiß in ein helles, hochprozentiges Pflanzeneiweiß in Pulverform überführt. SICCA Soja Eiweiß Isolat hat ein hervorragendes Wasser- und Fettbindevermögen sowie ausgezeichnete Emulgier- und Geliereigenschaften. Besonders geeignet für vegetabile Fertiggerichte, Babynahrung, diätetische Nahrungsmittel und vieles mehr. SICCA Soja Eiweiß Isolat wird bei erhöhtem Eiweißbedarf (bei Lactoseunverträglichkeit) oder bei Mangelernährung eingesetzt.

Zubereitung: SICCA Soja Eiweiß Isolat dem Trinksuppenpulver, Instant Breipulver oder den Instant Creme Speisen nach Bedarf beimischen.

Dosierung: Zur Proteinanreicherung ca. 20 % und höher, ansonsten variieren die Zusätze zwischen 2 - 5 % auf Trockensubstanz.
