Produktinformationen "Karotten Würfel"

SICCA Karotten gewürfelt und getrocknet, werden hergestellt aus frisch geernteten Karotten, gewaschen, blanchiert, geschnitten und mit einem speziellen Trocknungsverfahren getrocknet. Geeignet zur Herstellung von Salaten, Eintopfgerichten und Gemüse-Suppen.

Zubereitung: SICCA Karotten gewürfelt und getrocknet mit der 15-fachen Menge an Wasser bei niedrigster Kochtemperatur 3-5 Minuten kochen. Weiterverarbeitung wie frische Karotten.

Dosierung: 1 kg ist ausreichend für ca. 40-50 Portionen.

Haltbarkeit: Ab Produktionsdatum 18 Monate haltbar.
