SICCA Risotto Gärtnerin ist eine ausgewogene Mischung aus parboiled Langkorn-Reis, Gemüse und Gewürzen. SICCA Risotto Gärtnerin ist fertig gewürzt - vielseitig einsetzbar (als Hauptgericht, Beilage oder Füllung für Paprika, Zucchini und Tomaten).

Zubereitung: Risottomischung in eine Kasserolle geben (nach Bedarf etwas Fett zufügen) und unter Rühren leicht erhitzen. Mit entsprechender Menge Wasser auffüllen und bei schwacher Hitze ca. 20 Minuten leicht kochen lassen. Gelegentlich umrühren!

Dosierung: 1 kg für 2 Liter Wasser (1 kg ausreichend für 15 - 20 Portionen; 4 kg ausreichend für 60 - 80 Portionen).
