Produktinformationen "Reibekuchen"

SICCA Reibekuchen werden aus gesunden, reifen Speisekartoffeln hergestellt. Die Herstellung erfolgt durch schonende Verarbeitung der Kartoffeln und rezepturgetreue Weiterverarbeitung. Das Reibekuchen-Pulver ist gebrauchsfertig. Keine weiteren Zutaten erforderlich.

Zubereitung: Reibekuchen-Pulver in kaltes bis handwarmes Wasser zügig einrühren (nie umgekehrt). Die Masse ca. 10 Minuten quellen lassen. Nun in der heißen Pfanne den Teig mit wenig, nicht siedendem Fett backen. Sobald der Rand braun ist, wenden.

Teilmengen: Beutelinhalt vor Entnahme durchmischen.

Dosierung: 1 kg für 3 Liter Wasser = 53 Reibekuchen à 75 g (4 Reibekuchen = 1 Portion).

Haltbarkeit: Ab Produktionsdatum 18 Monate haltbar.
