SICCA Mousse "Raffaelo" ist aromatisch und geschmackvoll. SICCA Mousse "Raffaelo" ist deklarationsfrei und eignet sich auch für Vegetarier und Muslime, da es keine Gelatine enthält. SICCA Mousse "Raffaelo" eignet sich zur Herstellung von köstlichen Desserts in vielen Varianten, sowie für Tortenaufstriche auch in Kombination mit Früchten und zur Herstellung von Speiseeis. SICCA Mousse "Raffaelo" ist einfach und schnell in der Zubereitung, gut portionierbar und vielseitig einsetzbar.

Zubereitung: Erforderliche Menge gekühlte Vollmilch 3,5 % in eine hohe Rührschüssel geben. Entsprechende Menge Pulver langsam in die Milch einrühren und mit einem Rührgerät auf höchster Stufe 5 Minuten aufschlagen. Zur vollen Geschmacksentwicklung min. 2 Stunden kühl stellen.

Dosierung: 100 g für 0,25 Liter kalte Vollmilch 3,5 % = 0,7 Liter Mousse; 800 g für 2 Liter kalte Vollmilch 3,5 % = ca. 5,6 Liter Mousse.
