Produktinformationen "Kartoffelpüree mit Milch"

Zur Verarbeitung von SICCA Kartoffelpüree-Flocken werden gesunde, reife Speisekartoffeln, die in der Qualität den deutschen und europäischen (RUCIP) Kartoffelgeschäftsbedingungen entsprechen, verwendet. Die Herstellung der Kartoffeln erfolgt durch Waschen, Schälen, Schneiden, Blanchieren und Trocknen. Das Püree wird rezeptgetreu mit weiteren Zutaten vermischt. Das Produkt ist ein Lebensmittel und entspricht den derzeit gültigen lebensmittelrechtlichen Bestimmungen in Deutschland und der Europäischen Union. Natürliche Schwankungen in den Eigenschaften der Kartoffel sind erntebedingt und nicht immer technologisch auszugleichen.

Zubereitung: Beutelinhalt (6 kg Püree) in 25 l kaltes Wasser einrühren. 5-10 Minuten quellen lassen und anschließend nach Bedarf portionieren. Bei sachgemäßer Kühlung unter 7° C kann das Püree 48 Stunden abgedeckt aufbewahrt werden. Im Konvektomaten, Kombidämpfer oder Regenerierwagen bei 150° C für ca. 20-30 Minuten erhitzen. Eine Kerntemperatur von 70° C muss erreicht werden. Servierfertig.

Dosierung: 6 kg für 25 Liter Wasser.

Haltbarkeit: Ab Produktionsdatum 18 Monate haltbar.
