Produktinformationen "Apfelpulver"

Das Apfelpulver ist ein hellbeiges Pulver mit typischem Apfelgeschmack. Es wird aus baumfrischen, gesunden Äpfeln hergestellt und enthält alle Nährwerte der frischen Früchte. Es ist absolut naturrein und frei von chemischen Zusätzen. Es wird eingesetzt zur Herstellung von Apfelmus, Desserts mit Sahne, zur Verfeinerung von Speisen oder Glaces, zur Bereicherung von Müsli und als Grundlage für Apfel-Fruchtspeisen oder Apfel-Kaltschalen. Apfelpulver ist besonders geeignet zur Ernährungstherapie bei Kau- und Schluckstörungen (Dysphagie).

Zubereitung: Apfelpulver ist kalt und warm löslich. Um ein feines Apfelmus zu erhalten, ist ein Teil Apfelpulver in vier Teile Wasser einzurühren. Mit Zucker süßen: auf 1 kg Apfelpulver 400 g Zucker. Für Müsli und Kaltschalen oder Apfelsuppen nach Bedarf entsprechend mehr Wasser verwenden.
