SICCA Sülzenpulver ist ein Basispulver zur Herstellung von schmackhaften Sülzen sowie für die kalte Küche zur Fertigung von Schauplatten.

Zubereitung: SICCA Sülzenpulver direkt in heißes Wasser (70 - 80 °C) einrühren. Sobald die Flüssigkeit etwas abgekühlt ist, können die vorbereiteten Einlagen wie z.B. Gemüse, Eier, Fleisch, Geflügel, Fisch oder Schalentiere zugegeben werden Anschließend kühl stellen. Fertig!

Dosierung: 40 - 50 g für 1 Liter.
