SICCA Weiße Sauce ist eine gebundene, helle Sauce zum universellen Einsatz in der Küche für Gemüse jeder Art, Nudel- und Kartoffelauflauf, Lasagne, zum Binden von Eintöpfen und zur Herstellung von cremigen Suppen.

Zubereitung: Saucenpulver in warmes Wasser einrühren und 5 Minuten leicht kochen lassen. Gelegentlich rühren. Fertig!

Dosierung: 140 g für 1 Liter Wasser.

Haltbarkeit: Ab Produktionsdatum 18 Monate haltbar.
