SICCA Aioli-Dip ist eine Gewürzzubereitung mit einer mediterranen Note.
SICCA Aioli-Dip ist deklarationsfrei, lactosefrei, glutenfre und ohne Hefeextrakte.

Dosierung: 80 g für 0,7 Liter Creme fraîche und 0,3 Milch.

Zubereitung: Dip in Creme fraîche und Milch einrühren und 20 Minuten ziehen lassen, dann nochmals gut umrühren. Alternativ kann der Dip auch mit Joghurt, Quark, Sauerrahm oder Schmand angerührt und entsprechend garniert werden. SICCA Aioli-Dip eignet sich zu Lamm, Steak, Grill- und Pfannengerichte, Fingerfood, gebratenem und gegrilltem Gemüse und zu Salaten jeglicher Art.
