SICCA Mousse au Chocolat ist aromatisch und hat einen vollmundigen Chocoladengeschmack.
SICCA Mousse au Chocolat ist deklarationsfrei, lactosefrei und eignet sich auch für Vegetarier und Muslime (gelatinefrei).
SICCA Mousse au Chocolat eignet sich zur Herstellung von köstlichen Desserts in vielen Varianten, sowie für Tortenaufstriche auch in Kombination mit Früchten und zur Herstellung von Speiseeis.
SICCA Mousse au Chocolat ist einfach und schnell in der Zubereitung, gut portionierbar, vielseitig einsetzbar, kostengünstig.

Dosierung: 400 g für 1 Liter kalte Vollmilch.

Zubereitung: Erforderliche Menge gekühlte Vollmilch 3,5 % in eine hohe Rührschüssel geben. Entsprechende Menge Pulver langsam in die Milch einrühren und mit einem Rührgerät auf höchster Stufe 5 Minuten aufschlagen. Zur vollen Geschmacksentwicklung min. 2 Stunden kühl stellen.
