Mousse "Vanille" eignet sich zur Herstellung von einer köstlichen und geschmackvollen Mousse, auch für Tortenaufstriche, in Kombination mit Früchten für ein Topfenschicht-Dessert. Mousse "Vanille" ist deklarationsfrei und eignet sich auch für Vegetarier und Muslime, da es keine Gelatine enthält. Mousse "Vanille" ist einfach und schnell in der Zubereitung, gut portionierbar, vielseitig einsetzbar, kostengünstig.

Zubereitung: Erforderliche Menge gekühlte Vollmilch 3,5 % in eine hohe Rührschüssel geben. Entsprechende Menge Pulver langsam in die Milch einrühren und mit einem Rührgerät auf höchster Stufe 5 Minuten aufschlagen. Zur vollen Geschmacksentwicklung min. 2 Stunden kühl stellen.

Dosierung: 100 g für 0,25 Liter kalte Vollmilch; 800 g für 2 Liter kalte Vollmilch; 4 kg für 10 Liter kalte Vollmilch.
