SICCA Demi Glace Fond ist leicht löslich in Wasser und ist die Basis für kräftige Bratensaucen wie z.B. Madeirasauce oder Pfeffersauce.

Zubereitung: SICCA Demi Glace Fond in die benötigte Menge Wasser geben oder den Speisen direkt zufügen. Vor Gebrauch schütteln!

Dosierung: 110 g Fond für 1 Liter Wasser; 630 g Fond für 5,73 Liter Wasser.

Aufbewahrung: Trocken und nach dem Öffnen gekühlt lagern
